At Karmashastra, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized astrology services with complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our offerings, certain conditions apply for refunds and cancellations.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All astrology reports, consultations, and digital services provided by Karmashastra are personalized and created based on the user’s birth details. Therefore:

Once your order is processed or report generation has started, no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy
​

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided we haven’t started preparing your report.

Include your full name, order ID, and reason for cancellation.

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Incorrect Information Provided

We are not responsible for errors in the report due to:

  • Incorrect date, time, or place of birth

  • Misspelled names or contact details

If you realize you have submitted incorrect information, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order to make corrections.

4. Non-Delivery or Delays
​

We aim to deliver all reports within 5 to 10 working days. In case of delays due to unforeseen issues:

  • You will be informed via email or phone.

  • If we fail to deliver the report within 15 working days, and the delay is not caused by incorrect or incomplete information from your side, you may request a full refund.

5. Digital Goods
​

Since our services are digital and delivered electronically:

  • There is no option for physical return.

  • Refunds will not be issued once the final report has been delivered via email.
