  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways like Razorpay, Stripe, or similar.

  • Once the payment is made, the service is considered confirmed.

  • No refunds will be provided after report generation has begun.

Karmashastra reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery of Services

  • Kundli reports are typically delivered via email within 5 to 10 working days after payment.

  • In case of any delays (e.g. missing information), we will notify you via email or phone.

6. Cancellations & Refund Policy
​

Due to the personalized nature of astrology reports:

  • No refunds will be issued once the report is being prepared or delivered.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 working days after approval.

7. Intellectual Property
